New Orleans Pelicans are an American professional basketball team based in New Orleans. The Pelicans compete in the National Basketball Association(NBA) as a member club of the league's Western  Conference Southwest Division. The team plays their home games in Smoothie King Center-Wikipedia


From 2008 to 201, Toupane spent time with Pau-orthez and Strasbourg IG Under 21 teams before joining the Strasbourg IG senior squad for the 2011-2012 LNB Pro A season. As a rookie, he averaged 2.5 points and 1.4 rebounds in 22 games-Wikipedia
