Life as a Cadet.

Life as a cadet for me is the interesting phase for future officer on merchant ship.

Cargo work is a part of cadet job when the ship is alongside. As for me i sailed on a container ship so, during my watch I must maintain everything is going well if not I will report and inform my officer on duty.

There is only two times when every one is working... also can called it as all hands on deck. there is when the ship is arrive to port and depature from port.

Being cadet is not only working but, sometimes you can enjoy with the work and spend you free time to the fullest.

On my ship, every month, Captain will organize a BBQ party to celebrate everyone that been working onboard.
