Creeping charlie, not 17 charlie

 Hi I'm sure this guy is popular among ALAM's cadet. His name is Charlie here is some info about him.

• Name: Rove beetle
• Street name: Charlie/ Creeping charlie/ semut semai/ semut kayap/ cibai
• Family : Staphylinidae
• Species : Paederus fuscipes Curtis

• - it is less than 1 cm long
• - the hemolimf liquid inside its body contains the most poisonous insect toxin in the world!
• - It doesn't bite or sting, the way the toxin enters the human body is through the contact between the insect's skin and human skin.
• - it is said to be more poisonous than cobra

I think this is the 10th time along my 6 months here. Im gonna share you the latest one. This time they shit on my neck. Im in the state that i think this charlie thingy thinks me as their toilet.

However, these are the precautions to be taken:

1. Minimize the usage of lamps as the bug is easily attracted to light. Dont use ur phone in the dark.
2. Close all doors and windows during the 'bugger' epidemic.
3. Use mosquito net, repellent etc. Or use ubat gegat.
4. Do not smash bugs which in contact with our skin, blow it away instead. Do not make any contact.
5. Another way of killing it is by pouring saturated Dettol onto it, the insect will die within seconds. Or just set it on fire. Simple. Lol. as long as you dont touch it.
6. I suggest you use sticky tape and tape it.
