 The wife must be able to trust her husband. In a team, there also need trust. So that it will be aesier to complete task.



Loyalty
It is very essential. A wife can never share her man with other woman. So her husband need to played an important role of being loyal. In a team, if they are not loyal, it will destroy the team and will not complete any task.



Successful in his career
He need to be successful because he need to take care of his family. He need to work hard because he must being able to support his family or else it will destroy the family. For a good leader, he need to take care of his team member


Sincerity
A woman likes it went her husband showers them with love. With that, she will love him more because she feel that how important her present in her husband life. In a team, leader need to play the role, he must be sincere to work with his team member. By this attitude, it will make the team member sicerely completing their task.
