Good reaciter

Imam in solat recomended are from the one who good in reciting Al Quran. If he recite it clearly, the followers will feel calm during prayer. Good leader need to have a clear voice because easier for employees or team member to follow.

Calm

In solat, he need to be calm, we need to sincerely doing it. Leader need to be calm in order for team member to complete their task with ease.

Patient

Imam need to be patient. He cannot rush during solat because most of the time the followers are among old folks. Leader need to be patient with their team member because team member came from different kind of background.

Brave

Imam need to be brave, he must tell the followers if anything is not right. He need to make it clear so that they will not making any mistake. Leader need to be brave, in order to achieve a good qualities, he need to make it clear and tel the team member if there any mistake they had done.

Knowledgeable

Imam need to know a lot of things. Not only in prayer, most of the time he is a leader. In order to be a good leader, he need to know most of the things especially work related info.
