His excellency, Supreme Leader, Admiral General Haffaz Aladeen.

He is the perfect example of perfectly imperfect, or worst leader of all times. Although he is a fictional character, he shows the traits of a bad leader that we could take it as lessons.

Potrayed by Sacha Baron Cohen, Aladeen is the dictatorial president prime minister of The Republic Of Wadiya. He is a childish, sexist, tyrannical, anti-western, antisemitic despot who surrounds himself with female special forces which he created.

Why are you guys so anti-dictators? Imagine if America was a dictatorship. You could let 1% of the people have all the nation's wealth.
