As a leader, it's important to raise the bar high by personally modelling a standard of truthfulness that demonstrates your deepest morals and values mirror your organization's mission.

People want to work with leaders who knows what they're doing, and doing it wholeheartedly and leading with care. Leader must be passionate and enthusiast towards the job theyre doing in order to maintain a happy environment and inspires coworkers to perfrom better, with passion.

3. Accountability 

Leaders must hold accountable for every action and decision made for the organization, as well as the performance should be supervised. A good leader hold responsible and accoumtable, and keep their words.

Learn everyone's particular skills so you can levarage those strengths to benefit your business, freeing yourself to focus on the vision that will take your organization to the next level.

5. Respect

The point of being a leader is not to be on the top of the pyramid, but to create and lead a successful organization. Treat your coworkers and employees the way you want to be treated. Value and respect them, in return, they will value and respect you.
